Taylor-Momsen

Taylor Momsen hails from St. Louis Missouri and is an American model, singer songwriter and actress. Her most famous work is her part in the CW television show Gossip Girl as Jenny Humphrey and as the main singer of The Pretty Reckless. Momsen's music is featured in movies and TV shows like How to Be Single, Going the Distance, and Two and a Half Men. Taylor Momsen has one younger sister, Sloane Momsen. Her dance training was at St. Louis' Center of Creative Arts. At the age of three, she began her professional acting career as a part of a nationally telecast Shake and Bake commercial. Momsen was on hiatus in her career for three years prior to being selected as the main character in Misconceptions the WB television series. Momsen played a part in Saving Shiloh which was a film from 2006. Additionally, she auditioned to play the lead role in Hannah Montana. She was one of the top three however, Miley got the role.
