She's been a thought partner helping to implement business and people-related strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans through organizational and performance management, employee engagement, and managing change. Her extensive experience in small and mid-size companies and Fortune 500 organizations in developing and coaching leaders with demonstrated results and successful outcomes created organizations that were able to embrace changes and learning to improve the performance of groups and companies. While Annmarie is inspired to devote her time and talent in support Learning Ally's mission she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit organisations in her spare time. These include being a participant in the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to supporting women in their development as leaders by providing education for members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization in North America with the specific mission to provide training in networking and advocacy specifically targeted at healthcare hospitality houses and aiding Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization that is dedicated to stopping the addiction crisis in the United States in educating communities in helping those affected by the illness of addiction.
