Annie Mist Thorisdottir works as a professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She also trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik, where she is co-owner. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive year. In 2010, she placed in second place. Annie Thorisdottir is an Icelanders weightlifter CrossFit champion, and a popular media figure. She is popular for being the first woman who won at the CrossFit Games twice in 2011 and 2012. She is also known for taking home both the Dubai Fitness Competition in 2013 and 2017. Annie was brought up through her mother and father in Reykjavik Iceland. Since a young child she's been a competitive athlete and fitness fanatic. In 2009 she took part in CrossFit competitions held in California. The first performances were good. Annie Thorisdottir, at the time of her 2021 birthday, is age 31. She stands at 5' 7" tall, and weighs 67 kilograms. Annie started her CrossFit experience in 2009 California. She performed well in initial games and finished within the top 10 of 70. Even though she wasn't able to achieve any title, she finished with eleventh place. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. The coach Jami Tikannen guided her to an overall second place at the CrossFit Games, and a medal in the silver category that year. After one year full of CrossFit Games, Annie won her first CrossFit Games. Her dominant performance was enough to earn her the title. Annie is the only woman who has ever won in consecutive CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie once again became the CrossFit Games winner due to the extraordinary performance. In 2014, she also won a gold medal. In 2021, she was awarded with a bronze. Annie trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik. It was her idea. Annie's rise in recognition as a professional athlete has made her the spokesperson for many sports brands, including Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Rennaisance Periodization Nuunhydration-Sidekick Yerb. The self-titled Youtube page boasts over 1,000 users, posting the videos of her family and trips as well as training diets.
